ECOLOGICAL SITES

Ecological sites are the Romains of ecosystems that deserve protection and are of great importance for maintenance of biological diversity, f. ex. mid-forest water ponds, swamps, mosses and sites of rare plant, animal and mushroom species.
On the area of Sława Śląska Forest District 4 ecological lands (17.36 ha in total) were established by Provincial Governors No.3 Order from 13.01.2004:
- "Dear Meadow"
- "The Bog of Myszków"
- "Sheltered Place Nature Reserve"
- "The Valley of Jeziorna"
